Occupational Safety and Health Support:

Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

RÄV provides Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) services by assisting with the creation, implementation and ongoing support and “tune-up” of these programs, including:

Industrial Hygiene

Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC)

RÄV’s approach to the management of above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) begins with the design of effective containment and spill planning. The following services help to achieve and maintain compliance:

Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA)

RÄV routinely assists clients in complying with annual filings of Hazardous Chemical Reports (Tier II) and Chemical Release Reports (Toxic Release Inventory Reports). Services include:

  • Rule applicability and Tier II/Form R reporting threshold evaluations
  • Review of safety and chemical data sheets for completeness
